Hands-on training and the right tools, set up properly, so your team does higher quality work in less time.
For most people that means a chatbot on the side: quick answers, summaries, small writing tasks. The models have moved well past that. Set up with the right context and directed by people who know the work, AI agents can now complete large pieces of work.
of people already use AI at work, but mostly on small tasks like search and summaries. Only 5% use it on the advanced work that changes the outcome.
The length of a task that the latest AI models can now finish unsupervised, up from a few minutes in 2023, and it has doubled roughly every seven months.
of Australian workers say AI has led them to make mistakes in their work, and only 36% are willing to trust it.
The belief is there but the training isn't.
That's the gap we close.
We work out what is safe, write your AI and data policy, and set up the tools and models that fit.
We get your team confident and safe with AI, from how the models work to running real projects.
We set AI up on the work you already do, on your data and to your standards.
We are asset management engineers and AI specialists in one team. We have done this work ourselves, so we know what good looks like and where AI actually helps. You will not spend the first month explaining your job to us.
Some teams have barely touched AI. Others are already experimenting and unsure what to trust. We start with what you have, your tools, your policies, your current skills, and work out the next practical step together.
The real risk with AI is a confident, wrong answer. We show your team which tool fits which task, what your policies allow, and how to check an output before it goes in a report. We do not sell any of the tools, so the advice is just what works for you.
We work with your team, not around it. The skills and the setup stay in-house when we leave, and your people keep producing work they can put their name on.
With the right tools and training, you can spend less time on routine tasks and more time on decisions that matter most.
Opsage started over a coffee in Adelaide in February 2025. We were talking about how to make operational readiness work like FMECA faster and more consistent. Cory went away and built a prototype, a dedicated operational readiness platform that pulled in project context and produced repeatable outputs against the standards a project has to meet.
Most of that work went into guardrails, ways to force accurate, stable outputs out of the models. Over the year we spent building it, the models improved to the point where we needed far fewer of those guardrails than we set out to build. The real gap was not the technology, it was people.
The more teams and engineers we talked to, the clearer it got. People know AI will change their work, but few have had the training or the right setup to use it well across a team. They don't fully trust it, aren't sure where it fits, and don't know how to hand it the longer, harder tasks where the value actually shows up.
So we dropped the product and kept the goal. The same outcome we were trying to build into one platform, accurate work done well with AI, we now help teams reach directly. That is where Opsage came together. Bringing AI to teams.
Ten years applying machine learning and analytics in asset management, turning the data sites already have into better maintenance decisions. Brings the AI expertise.
