Helping you navigate AI for asset management

Hands-on training and the right tools, set up properly, so your team does higher quality work in less time.

How we help you put AI to work

Governance, policy, and the right tools

We work out what is safe, write your AI and data policy, and set up the tools and models that fit.

  • Assess your data, cyber, and risk position for AI.
  • Write an AI and data policy your business can stand behind.
  • Choose the models and tools that fit, scored against your work.
  • Set them up and configure them so IT and leadership can sign off.

Training and upskilling

We get your team confident and safe with AI, from how the models work to running real projects.

  • How the models actually work, and what to trust them with.
  • Bringing in context, building skills, and using templates for real work.
  • Checking and verifying output, so your team trusts the right things.
  • Running larger projects across a team, safely and within your policy.

Doing your real work with AI

We set AI up on the work you already do, on your data and to your standards.

  • Maintenance strategies and PM task lists from your OEM manuals.
  • Operational readiness for a new site, from the vendor documentation.
  • Root cause analysis drafted from your failure history.
  • SOPs, work instructions, and bulk-upload templates at volume.

With the right tools and training, you can spend less time on routine tasks and more time on decisions that matter most.

Our story

Opsage started over a coffee in Adelaide in February 2025. We were talking about how to make operational readiness work like FMECA faster and more consistent. Cory went away and built a prototype, a dedicated operational readiness platform that pulled in project context and produced repeatable outputs against the standards a project has to meet.

Most of that work went into guardrails, ways to force accurate, stable outputs out of the models. Over the year we spent building it, the models improved to the point where we needed far fewer of those guardrails than we set out to build. The real gap was not the technology, it was people.

The more teams and engineers we talked to, the clearer it got. People know AI will change their work, but few have had the training or the right setup to use it well across a team. They don't fully trust it, aren't sure where it fits, and don't know how to hand it the longer, harder tasks where the value actually shows up.

So we dropped the product and kept the goal. The same outcome we were trying to build into one platform, accurate work done well with AI, we now help teams reach directly. That is where Opsage came together. Bringing AI to teams.
